It is not every day that you get to read about a robbery at a church and animal cruelty in the same story. But wait, this story is about so much more.  It is about the loving bond between mother and child!  It is also about domestic bliss between a man, his girlfreindf and their child.

Dateline – Chesapeake, Virginia. The culprit – 21-year-old Ashley Fowler. The Victims – Northwest Baptist Church, 2 piglets belonging to Fowler’s son.

Crosses and Fire Extinguishers

Fowler began her insane adventure by going to her church and stealing three wooden crosses and three fire extinguishers. Yes, you read that correctly – wooden crosses and fire extinguishers.

Shortly after stealing the above-mentioned items (thought how the theft and animal cruelty relate I am not sure), Fowler drove over to the house where her son was staying with his father and be-headed his two baby piglets. For good measure she also slashed his tires.

It didn’t take long for police to figure out who did it as she had discussed her distress with her boyfriend to a coworker who even provided an address for the culprit.  For her efforts Fowler has been indicted on two counts of felony killing livestock, felony possession of Adderall, entering a building to commit an assault, grand larceny and destruction of property.

This is just another nice story coming out of our country today.  What the heck are people thinking?
