According to a department of Corrections spokeswoman, Casey Anthony has been described as “one of the most hated women in America”. Of course she is the mother of Caylee, who many believe is guilty of murdering her daughter because she was a distraction in a life of partying and drugs.

That aside, Anthony only current legal entanglement deals with theft – good old-fashioned check fraud – a charge for which she is currently on probation.

Where is she now?

According to a probation office report, Anthony is unemployed, drinking alcohol and not going to class. The 25-year-old, who is on probation for check fraud, reported to her probation officer on Monday. The Florida mother told the officer that she is still unemployed, has no income whatsoever and has drunk alcohol in the last month, but not in excess.

Anthony fled from Orlando on a private plane and flew to Ohio when she was freed from jail on July 17. However, she was ordered to return weeks later to serve one year's probation on check fraud charges, unrelated to her murder trial.

The 26-year-old Casey Anthony has reported to her probation officer on Monday that she has no job, no income, and has drunk alcohol in the last month. Anthony is currently serving a year’s probation for a separate check fraud conviction.

On July 5, Casey Anthony was acquitted of murdering her daughter Caylee, whose remains were found in the woods near her home in Dec 2008. She is in Florida but her exact whereabouts are not known due to the widespread anger of the public towards her not guilty verdict. She has received death threats since her release.

Last month, Anthony was reported to be taking photography classes and learning a foreign language.
